Items Required Prior to RJ’s Arrival

Water in the bathroom required

Toilet and Vanities within 8” of the bathtub must be removed prior to reglazing

Any plumbing needs need to be done prior to reglazing (ex: new drain or diverter)

All demo work must be complete prior to reglazing (ex: new flooring)

There will be a strong odor during and after the reglazing

The paint will need 24 hours to dry completely
5 Year Warranty

During the first 3 years, any repairs due to defects in material or workmanship will be made free of charge. During the balance of the warranty period, there will be a charge of 50% for the required service.

Rust not covered under warranty. Commercial, Rental, or Contractor accounts are warrantied for 1 year. This Warranty is not transferable.
